Best time of year?

December is such a great month in the mountains due mainly to the quality of the sunlight. There's something about the angle that makes the mountains more beautiful than at any other time of the year.

Of course snow helps too and in Seattle you're lucky to have both sun and snow this time of year. But when you do, there' nothing quite like it.
